Welcome to the Public Relations Student Society!

The Public Relations Student Society (PRSS) is a student run organization whose purpose is to empower members with knowledge and skills to excel in the public relations profession.

All students (not just communication majors) are welcome to join our organization. We welcome anyone who wants to get involved on campus and in the community. Students with skill and/or interests in graphic design, photography, advertising, fundraising, philanthropy, community service and networking will find many opportunities as a PRSS member.

With paid membership students can enjoy the following benefits:

· Student membership in the Public Relations Council of Alabama (PRCA)

· Ability to showcase talent

· Internship opportunities

· Experience that builds a strong resume

· Ability to network with local business men and women

· Opportunity to participate in community service projects
