Distinguished Lecture Series
Economic Development: The Baldwin County Way

Get ready to be entertained by Robert Ingram’s not so conventional talk about the local economy. Ingram’s high-energy lecture will focus on the economic challenges and opportunities in Baldwin County. Key focus points will highlight the driving force of the local economies and the industrial/distribution projects. The lecture will provide an informative outlook to the economic development process and how it relates to local communities, with a humorous twist.

Robert Ingram, President/CEO of Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance, works closely with private and public sector leaders on countywide community/economic development related issues including business/industry recruitment and support, transportation and workforce housing issues, entrepreneurial development, infrastructure development, and any other issues critical to the future of Baldwin County. He has over 30 years of diversified, comprehensive economic development experience in both public and private sectors. On a personal note, he is an avid golfer, loves public speaking and is the author of Mississippi’s Dog Mayor, published in 1997 by Hometown Press.
