In observance of National Career Development Month, the University of South Alabama's Career Services Center will sponsor free workshops and events for USA students and alumni.
On Wednesday, Nov. 7, Career Services will host two programs at their offices at 2100 Meisler Hall. The webinar, “How to Find the Work You Love” will be at 2 p.m., followed at 3 p.m by a Cooperative Education and Internship Program Orientation. Also on Nov. 7, a dining etiquette workshop will be held at the Mitchell Center Globe Lobby from 5-7 p.m. Registration is required for this event. National Career Development Day will be observed Wednesday, Nov. 14. Students can drop by Career Services to pick up a treat and complete a brief career check-up to ensure that they are on the right track in their career planning. A webinar, “How to Plan and Live an Extraordinary Life,” will be held in the same location that day at 2 p.m.
A Cooperative Education and Internship Program Orientation will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 20. The webinar, “Take That Job and Love It” will be the final event of the month on Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 2 p.m. Both programs will be held at Career Services, 2100 Meisler Hall.
