College of Medicine Transcripts (Medical School Students Only) - Contact the Office of Student Records.

Official transcripts are $8.00 per copy and require authorization to be released.
Processing time generally takes two to three business days upon receipt of the transcript request. One week should be allowed for a request made at the end of any semester.
Picture identification is required to pick up a requested transcript.
