Students (current and former)

The National Student Clearinghouse can be accessed through the PAWS Website. Click on Secure Area. Enter J# and PIN. Select Student Services and Financial Aid. Select Student Records. Select Enrollment Certification (National Clearinghouse). Complete information as required.

Note: The University submits information to the Clearinghouse three times during the term (after the first week of class, at midterm, and at the end of the term) and that it may take up to three weeks after these submissions for information to be available from the Clearinghouse.

Applicants should get a copy of the Request for Enrollment / Degree Verification at the Registrar's Office or download the form from this Website.. Adobe's Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the form. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader, click on the link below and download your free copy.

After printing the form, complete it and return by mail, fax (see information below), or drop it by the Office of the Registrar. We do not fax completed enrollment certifications.

USA is a participant in the National Student Loan Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse is a repository for enrollment status information and was established to simplify, standardize and automate the status verification and deferment process. The Clearinghouse, the University's agent, will provide student enrollment information to the guaranty agencies, lenders, and other servicers.
