Virtual Tour and Renderings

The Shelby Hall facility was cooperatively designed by the School of Computing and the College of Engineering based on guidance from University President Gordon Moulton’s Office. Faculty, staff and student participated in meetings, reviewed prose and drawings, and participated in collaborative meetings to identify necessities and priorities for the architect and building design specialists. The spacious Shelby Hall grand atrium will greet faculty, staff, students, visitors and recruits, and provides space for student congregation and relaxation. It will also host the Shelby Hall Wall of Honor Wall of Donors, recognizing Engineering and Computing supporters and contributors. The architecture provides function, comfort, and a positive, modern learning atmosphere.
