A minimum of 2 people must be present at the start time in order for the class to be held. It is the instructor’s discretion whether or not to teach to only 1 person. Classes with consistently low attendance may be cancelled. |

Cycle & Cycle Express classes: Bikes are available on a first come, first serve basis. You may not hold a bike for another participant. Please bring water and a workout towel. |

Yoga/ Pilates: Space is limited in the studio for Yoga & Pilates classes. If necessary, participants must line up outside of the door and will be given numbered tickets in the order they arrive. The ticket must be turned in to the instructor at the class start time. |

Shoes must be worn in the following classes: BodySculpt, Cycle, Hi-Lo, Kickboxing, Step, Zumba, and Warrior Fitness. Athletic shoes are acceptable for all classes; dance shoes may be worn in dance classes. Sandals, flip-flops, dress shoes, or any court-marking shoes are not acceptable. It is appropriate to be barefoot in Yoga, Pilates, and Belly Dance. |

Beginning Monday, October 5th, 2009, for health reasons we will no longer provide mats for Yoga & Pilates classes. You may bring your own or rent one from the front desk for $1 per class. Mats will still be provided for cardio and sculpt classes. |
