One hour, $20. Your daily caloric and nutrient needs will be determined and compared to a three-day dietary intake. Realistic goals will be set based on the client’s food preferences and willingness to change. Questions the client may have (such as finding healthy fast foods) will be answered at this time.

The services at the USA Student Recreation Center are only available to current students, faculty, staff, retirees, and spouses/dependents/alumni with a Recreation Center pass.
