This service gives basic nutritional advice for apparently healthy people. If you have special dietary needs, you may wish to consult a registered dietician. Click here for USA’s ONHC (Our Neighborhood Health Clinic), which has medical nutrition services supervised by a dietician. |

- Complete the SouthFit Services Contract and return to the Rec Center front desk with your payment. We accept cash or check made payable to "USA".
- Click here to download the Nutritional Assessment agreement and food diary. Bring these with you to your appointment.
