Health Screening (Cholesterol, Glucose, Blood Pressure, and Body Fat)
- $25. Appointments take approximately 15-20 minutes and must occur early morning, as you must be fasting.
- Blood is drawn via a fingerstick for total cholesterol, HDL, and glucose. Blood pressure and body fat are also measured.
- Unless directed by a healthcare provider, please do not eat or drink anything (except water) after 10:00 p.m. the night before.

Chair Massage
- Offered the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month, 4:00-7:00 p.m.
- Cost: $1/minute with a minimum of 10 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome.

Body Fat Measurement (BIA scale): Use a bioelectrical impedance scale to estimate your weight and body fat percentage. Free,however we only have the scale available during advertised dates and times. Check back for the Spring 2013 schedule. |
