Jag Card

Jag Cards are made for all currently enrolled USA students. Students must present one form of photo ID (driver’s license, non-driver identification, passport, etc.) and current class schedule to get their Jag Card. The fee for your first ID is $5.00, but is included in your student fees. Replacement IDs cost $10.00. Jag Cards are made during the regular hours of the SouthPaw Services computer lab, SC 160.

Jag Card account balance inquiry:

The first time you visit, you must register as a user. After you register, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. You may then login and access your account information.

• If you have problems registering, please contact our office at 251-460-6077 or email scs@usouthal.edu.

• A Jag Card declining balance can be added to any Jag Card ID. It can be used at the Bookstore, Cafeteria, The Daily Grind, The Sandwich Shop, and the Delta Deli. To start an account, please come by our office and fill out a contract. Accounts must be opened with $25.00 or more. At this time, we can only accept cash or check.

What to do if you lose your Jag Card:

• Come by our office during office hours or you may call and report the card lost at
251-460-6077.

• Report your lost card at https://southalabama.managemyid.com/, log in and choose the 'Report Lost Card’ option. Once you have reported your card lost, it will no longer work. If you later find your card, you can go to the ‘Report Found Card’ option. This will reactivate your account.

• Replacement cost of $10.00 for all lost, stolen, or damaged ID.
