The University of South Alabama has entered into an agreement with Enterprise Rent-A-Car© as the Preferred Provider of rental cars.
The rental program is good for local and out of town rentals. |

| For out of town rentals click (http://www.enterprise.com/) on your select city. Discounted rates are available. |
| |
|
| All AL,MS,FL Panhandle, and South GA Business Rentals Include Full Damage Waiver and Unlimited Miles, for areas outside the areas listed the Full Damage Waiver IS NOT INCLUDED. |

- Phone the nearest location to make a reservation or 1-800-Rent-A-Car (1-800-736-8222). Identify yourself as having a Corporate Account and refer to the account number given to you. If you will need to be picked up or will be arriving in person to rent the car, allow sufficient time for the rental branch to service your account. Please allow 24 hours for the reservation to be handled efficiently.

- For out of town reservations please use account number NA55R13, 3-digit pin is USA. Rentals can be booked at www.enterprise.com.

- Keep the Pink Receipt you are given in the vehicle until the rental is returned. This copy will act as your temporary registration.
|
| |
|
- Fuel - The vehicle is to be returned with the same amount of fuel it was rented with. If Enterprise Rent-A-Car© has to refill, the charges will be billed to you at the rate of $10.00 per 1/4 tank.
|

|
- When returning the car to the branch, complimentary transportation to the office, home, or airport will be provided. Remember, it is the employee's responsibility to return the car back to the office or call pick-up. Charges do not stop until USA calls the office.
|
| |
|
- Charges are billed on a 24 hour basis. Time begins when you check out the vehicle.
|
| |
|
- If delivered and NOT USED, a minimum of 1 day will be applied to the rental contract.
|
| |
|
- In case of a breakdown during our regular business hours, call 1-800-307-6666. If a breakdown occurs after hours, proceed as if it were your own car and save all receipts for reimbursements.
|
| |
|
- In case of an accident, always get a copy of the police report.
|
| |
|
- All renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
