Dr. Phillip Feldman

Dr. Phillip Feldman is Principal Investigator for the PT3 Implementation Project. He is a Professor of Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education and Director of the Office of Field Services. Dr. Feldman is also Director of the South Alabama Research and Inservice Center (SARIC). SARIC provides staff development for over 6,000 teachers of Southwest Alabama.

Dr. Linda Haynes

Linda L. Haynes, Ph.D., is the project manger for the statewide PT3 Implementation Project in Alabama. Dr. Haynes'' interests include designing training programs for higher education faculty to integrate technology and evaluating training programs. Dr. Haynes received the 2000 Robert M. Gagné Dissertation Award from the Association for Educational Communications and Technology. In addition to working with the PT3 project, Dr. Haynes teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Behavioral Studies and Educational Technology at the University of South Alabama.

Mrs. Susan Allison Lee

Susan Allison Lee is the Program Specialist and Web Developer for the PT3 Program at the University of South Alabama. Susan provides both technology support for the USA student interns and designs the NCLB website. She is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with dual degrees in E-Commerce and Graphic Design. Susan's interests include web design, multi-media productions and digital moviemaking.
