Opportunity for undergraduate research students to present the results of their studies.
Undergraduates from all colleges and programs are welcome to present. |

The deadline for submitting abstracts is Monday September 14, 2009 by 9:00 AM
Upload your abstract as a Microsoft Word document and e-mail to Brad Reneau
For abstract submission, please include the following in a word document titled (yourname.doc):

- Your name, your academic department and college
- Your mentors’ names, academic departments and colleges
- Additional co-author names, academic departments and colleges
- Title of your abstract/poster
- Abstract – < 240 words, the text may include subscripts, superscripts, symbols and italics (any equations must follow this same format). Do not use bold or underline. Do not include images, figures, or tables.
- AS A SEPARATE JPG FILE, please include a picture of yourself (>300 dpi if possible) to use with your abstract (your name.jpg). The image will be used in ~1x1 in format.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES |

- Posters will be on display from 3:00 PM on Monday October 26, 2009
until Friday October 30, 2009 at 10:00 AM
- Formal Poster and Oral Sessions will be held from 1:00-4:00 PM on Thursday October 29, 2009
Note: Oral presentations are by invitation only.
- All members of the university and local community are invited
- Refreshments will be provided
- Student presenters and/or their mentors are expected to be present for at least
a portion of the formal poster session
- MAXIMUM poster size is 44”x44”. (See sample posters at the bottom of the page)
- Materials for hanging the posters will be provided
