The first thing you see when you enter the University Library is the Circulation
Desk. Check out and return books, and pay fines here. You can
also request articles or books that your professors have put on Reserve.
Buy a TRACcard here for your printing and copying.
Other
things you need to know:
- Your JagCard is your library card.
- Undergrads
can check out 20 books at a time for four weeks.
- You
can renew them online [if no one has put a 'hold' on them]. See USA
catalog header "My Account" before they are overdue.
- Late
fees are 25¢ a day per book.
- The library reserve and Alabama/Gulf Coast special collections are housed here.
- You
may request uncataloged books be 'rushed' or that missing books be 'searched'
at this desk.
