Finding Articlesis what you use if you already have a journal title, volume and issue number. This will tell you if the article is available in a database to which we subscribe or if we have a print or microfilm copy of the volume and issue of that periodical.
The most current print journals are shelved alphabetically by title of the journal on the second floor south.. Older, bound issues are kept on third floor south and shelved by call number.
The following databases can be found on the Articles, Indexes and Databases webpage unless otherwise indicated.
PsycINFO. published by the APA. Citations and some links to full-text journals, chapters and books in psychology and closely related fields. : Ebsco. It includes links to all full-text PsycArticles.
PsycArticles. full-text, peer-reviewed scholarly and scientific articles from 45 journals published by the American Psychological Association (APA) and 11 from allied organizations. It includes all journal articles, letters to the editor and errata from each journal. Coverage spans 1985 to present. [Will soon include full-text of older issues also.]
ScienceDirect. fulltext articles from many (but not all) journals published by Elsevier.Academic Search Premier. Multidisciplinary Index. EBSCO
