USA Piano Workshop Faculty Recital Concert No. 3 featuring faculty Dr. Jerry Alan Bush Laidlaw Recital Hall Wednesday, June 27, 2012 3:00 p.m. FIVE GREAT SUMMER PIANO RECITALS The 2012 USA Piano Workshop, presented by the Department of Music, will take place June 25-29 in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center. This year's USA Piano Workshop features mostly French music, as this year we celebrate Debussy's 150th birthday. Faculty recitals will be given as part of the Workshop daily Monday through Thursday, June 25-28. General admission is $5. The student recital on Friday, June 29, is free and open to the public. All recitals will be presented at the Laidlaw Recital Hall and begin at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, at 3:00 p.m. -- USA professor Jerry Alan Bush will play a varied program of French works by Faure, Chaminade, Chabrier and a group of Debussy selections including several Preludes, a Mazurka and Nocturne.
