Research Forum Presentation, 1:00 pm, Shelby Hall Rm. 2119, Dr. Christopher Jones, New Vision Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology will be speaking about the "Technical Challenges Associated with CO2 Capture: Materials and Process Chemistry Advances for Greenhouse Gas Mitigation and CO2 Utilization. Posters will be displayed this week in the Shelby Hall atrium and presentations are scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM Thursday, March 21st.

Humanities and Social Sciences Colloquium, 3:00 pm, Humanities 122 (Dean's Conference Room), "The Politics of Soviet War Rationing" -- a talk by Dr. Wendy Goldman, Professor, Department of History, Carnegie Mellon University, and this year's Mahan Lecturer. Exploring USA's Historic Buildings, 5:30 pm, University of South Alabama's Archaeology Museum, Cartledge Blackwell (Architectural Historian and Mobile Historical Development Commission)will be having a walking tour of the Toulmin House, Tuthill-Marx House, and the Seaman's Chapel. Then there will be a talk about "Adaptation, Refinement, and Piety: An Exploration of the University of South Alabama's Historic Buildings.
