banking system. With TELL SOUTH, you have access to your
account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

Using
TELL SOUTH is a free
and convenient service for performing a variety of financial
transactions wherever you are. All you need is a Touch-Tone® phone and your personal identification number (PIN), and
the information you need is at your fingertips. |

With
TELL SOUTH, access to
your money and account information is protected by a four-digit
PIN that you select. No one, not even the Credit Union
will know this secret number except you. Therefore, to
keep your account secure, it is very important that you
do not write your PIN on anything, or share it with anyone. |

By
entering your account number, your PIN number, and pressing
a few buttons on your Touch-Tone® phone, you can easily
conduct many Credit Union transactions including: |

- Account balances
- Cleared checks
- Dividend / interest rates
- Loan modeling and payment quotes
- Deposits
- Transfers

Choose the type of information you need from
TELL SOUTH's main menu: |

1 for account information |

| Don't
enter decimals. For example press
53502# to enter $535.02. |
| Don't
write your secret four-digit PIN
on anything. It's better to memorize
it. If you forget the number,
or if someone else discovers it,
you can select a new one by choosing
6# on the TELL SOUTH menu. |

the subaccount codes shown below
to identify your share account,
checking account, Christmas Club,
loan, etc. |
