USAMC AUXILIARY OFFERS UNIQUE HOLIDAY GIFTS
|
University of South Alabama Medical Center Auxiliary is offering several unique ways to honor or remember special people this holiday season through their Dedication of Lights program. For a small contribution, a light on the hospital's holiday tree will be dedicated to a special person you wish to recognize or remember. Keepsake ornaments are also available. The names of all the honorees will be beautifully displayed in the hospital lobby throughout the holiday season.
For a $20 donation, participants will receive a keepsake ornament and gift box. A $15 donation will provide a keepsake honor or memory ornament. Both ornaments come with a gift card that can be personalized. A memory or honor light can be dedicated for a $5 donation.
"Sponsoring a light on the holiday tree is a unique way to express your gratitude, love or remembrance of those closest to you," said Boyte Presnell, Auxiliary president.
An invitation to the Dedication of Lights reception set for Wednesday, December 3, at 6 p.m. in the hospital lobby will be extended to all donors, honorees and their families. Honorees can include family members, friends, patients or staff.
The deadline to have an honoree included in the lobby display is Nov. 21. For more information, or to dedicate a light, contact the Office of Volunteer Services at USA Medical Center at 471-7265.
