The 10th annual Grand Bay “Walking for the Memories” will be held by the Citizens for a Better Grand Bay, Inc. on April 26, 2008, at 8 a.m. The one-mile walk, honors cancer survivors and honors the memory of those who have been affected by cancer.

The walk will begin at Grand Bay Middle School, located on the corner of School House and Cunningham Roads.

All proceeds from the walk support cancer research at the University of South Alabama Mitchell Cancer Institute.
