Greg Florian Memorial Swim Lessons

Swim 4 Life (USA Student Swim Lessons each Fall semester)

Greg Florian was a student worker for the Student Recreation Center, and was involved in the USA community in many ways. You may best know him as Napoleon Dynamite at sporting events. He always showed up to cheer on his Jags and interact with the crowd in character. Greg and his brother David tragically drowned in 2014 when they were swept off a sand bar by a strong current. Neither brother knew how to swim. In their memory, the Campus Recreation Aquatics Program would like to offer the Adult Level 1 Beginner swim class for non-swimmers, free to all current USA students($10 registration fee applies). This free class is offered every Fall semester. Sign up early as there are a limited number of spots available.

▼   Cost
USA Students $25.00 per session
SRC members and dependents of USA $65.00 per session
Community $75.00 per session

Each session consists of eight (8) 45-minute lessons.

Greg Florian Memorial Fall swim lessons for beginners are free for USA students with a $10 registration fee.
