To lease event space at the University of South Alabama, non-USA person(s) or group(s) must secure formal sponsorship from an active, recognized USA student organization or a USA academic or administrative department. View the full reservation policy below:

Any event outside of Student Recreation Center operational hours will be charged an additional fee for staffing. USA Police security is also required for some events and not included in the cost of the rental.
USA department/organization with USA participants only: $200 per event
USA department/organization with non-USA participants: $300 per event
Children's events/birthday parties: $200 per two-hour party with a maximum of 20 children at the wall at one time.
USA departments/organizations with USA and non-USA participants: $150/hour with a two-hour minimum. USA departments/organizations are not limited to weekends.
USA department/organization with USA participants only, studio only, no equipment: No charge
USA department/organization with USA participants only, studio plus fitness equipment: $25/hour
USA department/organization with non-USA participants, studio plus fitness equipment: $75/hour
Private fitness class for USA department/organization, lead by a SouthFit instructor: $45/hour
