Executives from American Woodmark Corp. will be at the University of South Alabama this month to recruit students for operations, sales, marketing, support and technical jobs. The American Woodmark presentation will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19, in Room 265 of the Mitchell College of Business.

The company has been named one of Forbes’ 200 Best Small Companies several times during recent years. American Woodmark Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive James “Jake” Gosa received his business degree from USA in 1972. Under Gosa’s leadership, sales at the company have grown to $777 million from $200 million. Its products are being sold through many businesses including The Home Depot, Lowe’s and independent contractors. The company employs 6,300 workers.
