The University of South Alabama Career Services Center will host two workshops designed to help students and alumni prepare for the job search.
A job application workshop will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 2 p.m. in the Career Services Center, 2100 Meisler Hall. Participants will learn how employers use job applications in the hiring process, the proper way to complete them, and ways to best highlight their education, experience, skills and abilities in order to get interviews for their dream jobs.
An interview skills workshop will be held at 4 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2 in the Student Center, Room 216. The workshop will cover such topics as interview preparation, dressing for success, interview etiquette, different interview styles, handling tough questions and follow-up.
