Dr. Joseph F. Busta

University of South Alabama Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations Dr. Joseph F. Busta, Jr., has been named as 2009 Campaign Chair for the United Way of Southwest Alabama. Busta's new volunteer role with the regional organization was announced recently at the United Way's Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza. He has served on the United Way board since 2007.

“I am honored to be asked to serve the United Way in this position,” Busta said. “In my view, the United Way is Mobile's most important community cause for the overall improvement in the quality of our lives and in service to those in true need of our collective help.”
