USA’s Mitchell College of Business celebrated its 8th Annual Honors Day recently with the addition of three new student scholarships. The Mitchell College of Business Alumni Society gave $1,000 for a scholarship award for a sophomore or junior involved in the community. USA MCOB Alumni Society President Mike Ryan presented the award to Lawrence Kyle Dahlmann.

The $1,000 Bill Moss/CCIM Real Estate Scholarship is given by the the Alabama Commercial Certified Investment Member Chapter to a junior or senior. The award was presented to Nicholas Lawkis by Steve Coleman, director of scholarships for the group.

The Northrop Grumman Accounting Scholarship is a $1,500 award for a junior or senior student with a 3.0 grade point average or higher. Karen Green, a senior, received the scholarship from Sam Alsgood, Northrop Grumman’s vice president for finance and controller.
