Federal Housing Board Chairman Ronald A. Rosenfeld will speak on “Government Service as a Career Opportunity” on Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 6 p.m. in the University of South Alabama Library Auditorium.
The lecture is sponsored by USA’s Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice and the Pre-Law and Government Association in the College of Arts and Sciences. The event is free and open to the public.
Rosenfeld has worked many years in finance, government and real estate. He was appointed to the Federal Housing Board and designated chairman by President George W. Bush in 2004. He was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve a term that will expire this year.
Additionally, Rosenfeld is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, former president of the Government National Mortgage Association former deputy assistant secretary for corporate finance at the U.S. Department of |
