| University of South Alabama Jaguar Productions will present "Heads vs. Feds: The Debate Over the Legalization of Marijuana" featuring Steven Hager, editor-at-large of High Times Magazine and Bob Stutman, a retired Drug Enforcement Administration agent Thursday, March 4 at 7:30 p.m., at the USA Student Center Ballroom. Admission is free and the event is open to the public.
Hager is a former reporter for the New York Daily News and was editor of High Times Magazine for more than 16 years. He is also an author of four books.
Stutman made a 25-year career as one of America's highest profile drug busters. He established The Stutman Group, a management consulting firm. He has also served as the special consultant on substance abuse for CBS News.
