The University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business Center for Real Estate Studies will hold its 4th Annual Gulf Coast Commercial Real Estate Summit and Market Review on Wednesday, March 23 at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel.
The event, which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will include presentations by a number of commercial property specialists from the Gulf Coast, and it will also feature reports, data, insight and interpretations of the local market, according to Dr. Donald Epley, distinguished professor of Real Estate and director of the USA Center for Real Estate Studies.
Application for Continuing Professional Education credit is pending from the Alabama Bar Association, Alabama Department of Insurance, Alabama Real Estate Appraisal Board, Alabama Real Estate Commission, Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy, and the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.

Kelly Jr., senior executive vice president and partner in The Mitchell Co.; Joe Toole, director of real estate for the Retirement Systems of Alabama; Richard S. Brinson, senior vice president of Grandbridge Real Capital; Edward Travis, timberland appraiser and broker of Edward F. Travis Company Inc.; Ricky Matthews, president and publisher of the Press-Register and the Mississippi Press; Bill Taylor, president of the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama; Gavin Bender, president of Bender Real Estate Group; John Peebles, Grubb & Ellis; James K. Lyons, director and chief executive of the Alabama State Port Authority Board; Bill Sisson, executive director of the Mobile Airport Authority; and Epley.
The registration fee is $175 per person, with a registration deadline of March 18. The registration fee for USA faculty and staff is $50.
