The University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business Center for Real Estate Studies held its 4th Annual Gulf Coast Commercial Real Estate Summit and Market Review recently at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel.

The event included presentations by a number of commercial property specialists from the Gulf Coast, and it also featured reports, data, insight and interpretations of the local market, according to Dr. Donald Epley, distinguished professor of real estate and director of the USA Center for Real Estate Studies.
