The University of South Alabama Center for Real Estate Studies, in conjunction with the Baldwin Board of Realtors, is now producing a revised version of the Center’s monthly summary of the residential market in Baldwin County.
The new report will focus on areas of major value in the county, including countywide, North, Eastern Shore, Central, South and Gulf-Beach. It offers a snapshot view of market trends in prices, sales, and days on the market.
Dr. Donald Epley, USA Mitchell College of Business Distinguished Professor of Real Estate and Director of the Center for Real Estate Studies, said he hopes the new summary will become a focal point of data and information for the county and across the region.
