The University of South Alabama’s Psychological Clinic has created a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, MBSR, program to begin Thursday, Oct. 20, at 6:30 p.m. at the University Commons, Room 200.
The $5 per session program is open to the public as part of USA’s community outreach.
The MBSR program will use current psychological research to help those affected by stress attain more energy and happiness. Participants in the small group MBSR group experience will learn techniques to stay relaxed, calm and focused.
