The University of South Alabama’s Psychological Clinic will hold several Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction group sessions over the next eight weeks, ending the week of May 21 at the University Commons, Room 200.
The $5 per session program is open to the public as part of USA’s community outreach. The MBSR program will help those affected by stress attain more energy and happiness. Participants will learn techniques to stay relaxed, calm and focused.
The group will meet for 90 minutes weekly. Please review the days and times that are available:
- 6 p.m. Mondays
- 7:15 p.m. Tuesdays
- 6 p.m. Wednesdays
