The University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business Center for Real Estate Studies will host the 5th annual Coastal Economy Outlook event on Wednesday, Aug. 1 at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel.

The event will provide attendees a chance to learn about the future direction of the local economy with up-to-date figures on local economic activity that drive the local markets. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear facts and opinions from many leaders of the economic community, including American Petroleum Institute Senior Economic Advisor Rayola Dougher and FDIC Division of Insurance and Research Manager Marlon Cook.

To register, visit the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce’s website at www.mobile chamber.com and click “Calendar of Events.”  The deadline for registration is July 27 and requires a fee of $100.  Event check-in begins at 9 a.m., with the presentations beginning at 9:30 a.m.
