The University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business Center for Real Estate and Economic Development will hold its 6th Annual Gulf Coast Commercial Real Estate Summit and Market Review on Wednesday, March 20 at the Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel.
The event, which runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will include presentations by a number of commercial property specialists from the Gulf Coast, and it will also feature reports, data, insight and interpretations of the local market, according to Dr. Donald Epley, distinguished professor of Real Estate and director of the USA Center for Real Estate Studies.
Application for Continuing Professional Education credit is approved from the Alabama Bar Association, Alabama Department of Insurance, Alabama Real Estate Appraisal Board, Alabama Real Estate Commission, Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy, and the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.
