  1. Reference Meeting of January 26 and March 17, 1966. Since these meetings did not meet all technical requirements for the Bond Resolutions, the minutes were reviewed again and unanimously adapted.
  2. Approval of certified seal for University of South Alabama.
  3. Project 5-0100 (See file - Resolution, New Classroom Building Financing.)
  4. Authorized Executive Committee and President to employ architects for following buildings:
    1. Health & Physical Education Building
    2. Life Sciences and Psychology Building
    3. Engineering Instructional Shops
    4. Business and Commerce Building
  5. President is authorized to seek grants and loans to finance 75% of the following buildings:
    1. Library
    2. Health & Physical Education
    3. Life Sciences and Psychology
    4. Engineering
    5. Business and Commerce
  6. Approved Library loan agreement.
  7. Approved choice of Library Building which Executive Committee recommended.
  8. Report on spring quarter enrollment.
  9. Approved 25 new faculty appointments. (List attached)
  10. Approval of 40 tuition scholarships in addition to the 75 already in existence.
  11. Mr. Moore and Senator Tyson appointed to evaluate Brookley for favorable areas for the University.
