Moved that the University lease from the Foundation the additional 80 acres on the same terms as the Foundation leased the land from the School Board Moved that the University accept the Federal Housing Administration Hillsdale Heights proposition of $1,178,000 with the average cost per house $2056 Status of Brookley Air Force Base property was discussed. Meeting had been called in Washington with Coast Guard Resolution to include Mr. Terry Moore to sign checks	89 89 89 89
