First, install the DVD. See the instructor for this part.
Second, to get the (fairly old) version of CodeWarrior to work on an x64 (64-bit) computer do the following:
1. Install the 64-bit drivers using this file.
2. Download the following ZIP file.
3. Copy the file "unit_cfz.dll" from the ZIP file to the location "C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CodeWarrior for ColdFire V7.0\bin\Plugins\Support\ColdFire\pemicro" on your computer. (Create a backup copy of the file before you overwrite it.) You will then need to reboot.
