  • Corporate director of award winning training program for a national organization with 27 operational field sites.

Technical Expertise

  • Managed 25 person engineering support group at busy aircraft and turbine engine overhaul facility.
  • Project engineer for design and construction of $6M, 17,000 sq. ft., state-of-art, jet engine repair and test facility. Developed technical specifications for engine test cells.
  • Facility produced savings equaling capital investment in first 9 months of operation.
  • Personally conducted aircraft accident investigations and component failure analysis.
  • Designed, developed and implemented aircraft component and structural repair procedures for both commercial and military aircraft.

Contract Administration

  • Managed all aspects of contracting process: Specification development, Negotiation, Contract award, Quality assurance, Engineering deviation, Contract compliance.
  • Contract manager for new aircraft acquisitions and parts procurement.
  • Formulated government objectives in False Claims Act and contract fraud investigation resulting in favorable out-of-court settlement for both parties.
