Frame Design

        From the diagram below one can see the evolution of the frame design. In black is the preliminary design which was proposed during the fall of 2004. This preliminary design was modified for ease of manufacturing, additional weight reduction, and performance reasons. The modifications can be seen with red on the diagram below. The final design is different from any other Mini-Baja car produced by the University. This year's car will be build to race.
