Officer Descriptions President-Call the meetings and see that everything is done correctly, interact with company sponsors, write proposals, write yearly reports. Vice President-help the president. Treasurer-banking, record keeping, yearly financial reports. Secretary-write thank you letters, invitations, company sponsor letters, meeting flyers, minutes at each meeting, help president with annual reports. T-Shirt Chair-decide on a t-shirt design, contacting printer, place and check orders, and distribute the shirts. Web Master-keep the website updated. Membership Chair-keep members posted on information and keeping up with the members. Historian-take pictures and keep a record of events, generate a scrapbook of regional meetings. |
