*Symposium Registration: Registration is required and includes admission to all paper and poster sessions, a reception on Friday, light breakfasts and breaks on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday, and the banquet on Saturday night. It also includes a hard-bound volume containing papers corresponding to the paper presentations made at the 2011 Binghamton Symposium and a printed program containing the abstracts of papers and posters presented during the symposium.
**Presenting posters: Students and professionals who are presenting posters need to submit their poster abstracts via email to Carol Sawyer prior to September 30th. Please see the poster abstracts webpage for more information. Students presenting posters are also eligible for a limited number of travel stipends.

Coastal Ecosystem/Barrier Island Field Trip***

***Field trip information: Symposium registration is required. The field trip will occur on Friday, October 21st, from approximately 8 am to 5:00 pm. Seats are limited. Lunch and transportation is included with the fee. The fee is the same for both students and professional. Depending on the weather and ferry boat schedule, the trip will include a visiting a barrier island, a beach ridge system, a pitcher plant bog, tidal lagoons, and hurricane-modified landscapes.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a refund, only written cancellations received by email, fax, or mail prior to October 13, 2011. A $25 handling fee will
be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given after October 13, 2011.
Registrants who do not attend the conference and who have not complied with this policy are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions can be made at any time.
