Recruitment Process for Staff & Administrative Positions
 

The University of South Alabama operates and maintains three Human Resources (HR) offices under the direction of the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources.

HR is one of the central administrative support departments that serves both the University and the USA HealthCare Management, LLC. The department provides central support for HR staff policies, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits.

The main campus office handles staff recruitment for the main campus colleges, departments and programs, the Mitchell Cancer Institute, USA Springhill Campus and the Baldwin County Campus.

The Medical Center HR office handles staff recruitment at the USA Medical Center.

The Children's and Women's Hospital HR office handles staff recruitment at USA Children's and Women's Hospital.

If you are interested in a staff or administrative position with the University of South Alabama and/or USA HealthCare Management, LLC, you may complete an application for employment. We are pleased to offer an “On-line” Job Application - JAG Jobs - that provides easy access and convenience to apply for positions. The employment application and job opportunities can be accessed via the “Search and Apply for Job Opportunities” tab at the left side of this page or via the World Wide Web at www.southalabama.edu/hr/jobs.

Applicants may access the on-line employment application and job opportunities list from anywhere in the world using a personal computer with internet access. Kiosks are also available at each Human Resources office and may be used to apply for any staff and administrative job openings. In addition, personal computers with internet access may be available for public use at public libraries.
