The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) is the leading organization for educational technology professionals. ISTE serves as the home of the NETS (National Educational Technology Standards) project and the National Center for Preparing Tomorrow’s Teachers to Use Technology (NCPT3).

Indiana University Knowledge Base is a compilation of over 8000 technology questions and answers in a searchable data base.
Software Tips & Tricks is exactly that - plenty of helpful advice from people who know what they are talking about. There are also helpful downloads to kill those annoying pop-ups, zap that spam email, and organize your web research.
