There are eleven Technology in Motion Training Specialists throughout the state of Alabama, each housed in one of the eleven Alabama Regional Inservice Centers. Although we all have the same training responsibilities, we each have also found our specialty during the course of the Technology in Motion program. Here are links to some of my fellow TiMmers' websites, with a brief description of each.

Barry Wiginton

Athens State University

Barry, a former high school science teacher, provides links to other great Internet resources. Also, check out his tutorials for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Don't miss the extensive list of science websites with links.

Becky Rakestraw

Jacksonville State University

Becky's website will steer you straight to links that highlight Alabama websites and some great teacher resources. She is an expert AVL user and knows a thing or two about animals as well.

Elizabeth Whitehead

University of Alabama at Birmingham

Elizabeth is our networking and technical guru. If it doesn't work, Liz can make it work. She's also a workaholic. Her website lists every teacher resource you can imagine!

Roz Spivey

University of Montevallo

Roz focuses on every aspect of the K-12 curriculum and how best to incorporate technology into the classroom. Don't miss the link to her eBoard for tons of great resources.

Tom Dreilinger

Troy State University

Tom Dreilinger is the Technology in Motion trainer at Troy State, but also teaches classes in web design.

Laurie Fowler

University of Alabama

Laurie is our resident WebQuest expert. She also lists some great activities for technology curriculum integration.
