| I was charged the minimum Meal Plan 9 and want to upgrade it to a Jiant Jaguar. What do I need to do? |
| You can upgrade your meal plan before the final payment deadline at the Office of Student Accounting or the Dining Services office. After the final payment deadline see the Dining Services office located at the Student Center. (Required meal plans cannot be changed to a Declining Balance Plan.) |

| I was charged a meal plan and I do not want one. What should I do? |
| If you are a freshman living in campus housing and have accumulated less than 24 credit hours, the meal plan is a required charge. |

| I was living in housing and was charged a meal plan. I decided to cancel my Housing contract. What do I need to do to have the meal plan removed? |
| You will need to bring your copy of the approved Housing cancellation to the Office of Student Accounting. |

| I am a transfer student that was charged a meal plan and have more than 24 credit hours. What should I do? |
| If you are a transfer student and were assessed a meal plan, then your transfer evaluation has not been completed. After the transfer evaluation is complete you can request that the meal plan be removed from your account at the Office of Student Accounting. |

| I was charged for a meal plan and have specific dietary needs that cannot be met by Dining Services. What should I do? |
| You will need to go by the Dining Services office in the Student Center and fill out a meal plan exemption form. Please bring documentation from your physician. |

| I live off campus and want to add a meal plan to my student account. What should I do? |
| If you would like to add a meal plan to your student account, please inform the Office of Student Accounting so that one can be added. After the final payment deadline contact the Dining Services office in the Student Center. (Declining balance meal plans can only be added at the Dining Services office.) |

| I have a meal on my account and I live in a fraternity/sorority house. How can I be removed from the meal plan? |
| A student living in a fraternity/sorority house may be exempt from the meal plan only if he/she has accumulated 24 or more credit hours. If the student has more than 24 hours, he/she can request the meal plan be removed from the account via the Office of Student Accounting. |

| I have a charge for a meal plan on my student account but I paid for a meal plan directly to Dining Services. What should I do? |
| Contact Dining Services or the Office of Student Accounting. |
