Academic Advising

Students work with their advisor to plan a field of study which meets their educational and professional goals.  The advisor helps the student understand the requirements for completion of a given degree while developing a course schedule for future semesters.  USA Baldwin County students can access academic advising at any point in a semester.  Call USABC’s Academic Advisors today and start earning a degree for your future.



Books are available for sale at the Administration Building the first two weeks of class during each semester.


Computer Labs & Lobby


Students have access to computer resources in three locations: the Computer Lab and Lobby in the Administration Building. If the lab is closed for classes, an additional 3 computers are available to students in the lobby. A new computer lab is now open in Room 9 at the classroom complex.


Jag Cards


Photos are taken at the Administration Building.  Students must present a photo ID in order to have a Jag Card made.


Library & Information Services

All USA students have access to over 100 online scholarly databases for research.  If you need journal articles, books and other materials which cannot be accessed online, the librarian can arrange to get these materials from any of the USA libraries. Student Lounge


Students have access to a comfortable living room type lounge and kitchen on the Baldwin County Campus.  This is a nice place to relax, study, eat and visit with friends.  The computers in the lounge make it convenient for students to check their email or put the finishing touches on a project.


Wireless Internet

The campus has wireless accessibility at the Administration Building, Classroom Complex and College of Nursing Complex.
