As a critical care nurse, Darrian has learned that life is precious and tomorrow is never guaranteed. When USA Health Providence Hospital received funding to launch an ECMO program, the first in the area, Darrian was ready to help. ECMO provides advanced life support for critically ill patients. For Darrian, a South nursing grad, being part of this new program means giving some of the sickest patients another chance at tomorrow.
