AN APPLICATION FORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS - APPLICATION FORM
- admission to the University of South Alabama
- successful completion of preprofessional component course work
- completed application form by March 15th of the year for which admission is requested
- a minimum, cumulative grade-point average of 2.50 in all prerequisite courses
- a minimum, cumulative grade-point average of 2.50 in all prerequisite science courses
- a personal interview with the Cardiorespiratory Care Admissions Committee
- a hospital tour scheduled by the Cardiorespiratory Care Department
- admission to the University of South Alabama
- Transfer of Credit Evaluation conducted by the Admissions Office at the University of South Alabama, demonstrating successful completion of all prerequisites, or their equivalents
- completed application form by March 15th of the year for which admission is requested
- a minimum, cumulative grade-point average of 2.50 in all prerequisite courses

- reading: 18
- writing: 18
The Department of Cardiorespiratory Care will not accept alternative tests of English language proficiency, i.e., IELTS.
