OT Student Portfolio USA students are required to maintain a record of assignments that demonstrates progress and improvement over the course of the curriculum. This portfolio provides a permanent record of the students achievement and samples of their work. These work samples are intended to be used as reference for fieldwork supervisors and when seeking employment. Each student has a notebook that includes the following work samples:
